The Acies is the most significant annual event for members of the Legion of Mary, where legionaries gather to renew their consecration to the Blessed Virgin Mary. This solemn and inspiring ceremony serves as a reaffirmation of our devotion and commitment to serving under Mary’s leadership.

Important Notice to Councils

The Acies is STRICTLY organized by a Curia, not a Praesidium. Therefore, councils are encouraged to plan and coordinate their Acies event in alignment with this directive. Every active and auxiliary member should make it a priority to attend and renew their pledge of loyalty to Our Lady.
