Keep Watch for One hour with Mother Mary

The Lord Jesus took with him Peter, James and John to a place named Gethsemane. He began to be troubled and distressed. He advised the three apostles to keep watch and pray that they may not undergo the test (Mark 14: 35-38).

We could as well think in the same lines with Mother Mary especially when we are meditating on the present times of the CoVID-19 pandemic. Our Lady invites us to watch and pray with her.  She is distressed because of what her children are going through. Many are falling sick and dying of the Corona Virus. Some are dying of hunger, others are fighting, cheating and killing each other, a lot of immorality; Children are out of school. Are you going to leave her intercede for the world without you?

Please do not. Respond to her call. Join the 24-hour rosary group at your Curia. You will be allocated an hour in the week to say the rosary with Mother Mary. It is one hour out of the many hours you have in the week.  You will pray the rosary one after the other in that hour. You will be praying and watching with Mary.

Praying for:
  • Her petitions
  • End of Covid 19
  • The sick
  • Souls in Purgatory
  • Peace in the world
  • Legion of Mary apostolate
By joining the 24hr rosary Initiative:
  1. You are joining a big team of people in Uganda and elsewhere who are praying the rosary continuously, for the world. Waaoh! What a blessing!
  2. Mother Mary made 15 promises to those who pray the rosary and you will be one of them.
  3. You can as well join the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary (CLICK to read about Confraternity) which requires someone to pray at least a full rosary a week and you will be sharing in the many blessings attached (Handbook Appendix 7).
  4. You will be emulating Edel Quinn and the very many saints in heaven who prayed the rosary and were blessed abundantly.
