Allocutio at the December Senatus meeting

Allocutio delivered by Rev. Fr. Benedict Kato, Spiritual Director from Kimaanya Comitium

Mary Immaculate (Handbook Ch. 5 Section 3)

If you want to be successful, victorious, blessed, remembered, powerful, win sin, you have to try by all means to be immaculate-pure.

The first Eve was condemned because of sin and the second Eve, Mother Mary was blessed because of being immaculate. Purity helps us become victorious. It was God’s plan that Mary was reserved from the stain of original sin

Immaculate or Purity is not only receiving sacraments-Holy Eucharist or Penance but also in thoughts. It is the purity of our thoughts that will help us to fight sin and win souls to God. Let us fight to have pure thoughts.

Pure thoughts move hand in hand with pure words. What words do I speak about God? What words do I speak about myself and how do I speak about others?

The third aspect are pure actions. Prayer (How often do I pray?). Looking at the visit of Mary to Elizabeth and the plea to her son, “they have no wine”.  All these among others are pure actions that we can emulate.

Through this purity, we shall be able to bring more souls to Mary.
